Post it back or drop it off.
Your choice
Every kit includes a prepaid return envelope for posting your sample back to our laboratory. Prefer to come in person? You are welcome to drop your sample off directly at our lab during opening hours.
Post your sample
Seal your collected samples in the specimen bags provided, place everything in the prepaid return envelope included in your kit and drop it at your nearest post office. Your samples will arrive at our laboratory within 1 to 2 business days.
Drop off in person
Visit our laboratory during opening hours and hand your sealed samples directly to our team. No appointment needed for personal tests. Legal test drop-offs must be booked in advance.
