How to use
Open your kit and read the instruction guide
Rub the buccal swab firmly on the inside of your cheek for 30 seconds
Allow the swab to air dry for 60 seconds
Seal the swab in the provided specimen bag
Place everything in the prepaid return envelope and post it back to us
Important notes
Do not eat, drink or smoke for 30 minutes before collecting your sample
Collect samples from all required participants before returning
Each kit includes enough swabs for up to 2 participants
