Communication records Records of correspondence between you and our team including emails, phone calls and contact form submissions.

How we use your information

Who can see your results

Your test results are delivered only to you, via secure email to the address you provide at the time of ordering. For legal and immigration tests, results may be shared directly with the relevant court, immigration authority or legal representative at your request as part of the chain of custody process.

Data retention

We retain your personal information and test records for 12 months following your test date. After this period your data is permanently deleted from our systems unless you request otherwise in writing or unless a longer retention period is required by law, particularly for legal and immigration test records.

Biological sample disposal

All biological samples submitted to our laboratory are securely destroyed within 30 days of your results being issued. We do not retain, sell, share or use your biological material for any purpose beyond the test you ordered.

Data security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information and genetic data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. This includes secure data storage, encrypted transmission of results and restricted access to laboratory systems.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
